We offer a 30-day refund period from the course start date. To be eligible for a full refund, you must have attended less than 20% of the course content and request the refund within 30 days of enrollment. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if you have accessed more than 20% but less than 50% of the course materials.

Requests for refunds submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted. All refund requests must be made through our contact form, providing your full name, course details, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.

Non-refundable items include one-on-one coaching sessions purchased as part of a course package and any downloadable resources once accessed.

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course start date, notify us at least 7 days prior to the start to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the course fee.
